Weel uses a subscription pricing model with no free tier, starting from around A$135 per month on its Basic plan, which includes a bundle of users and a set number of included transactions. Premium and Enterprise plans scale up to higher monthly fees (approximately A$375 and A$2,025 per month respectively) with more included users, lower per‑user add‑on pricing, higher transaction allowances, and advanced features like richer approval rules, invoice/AP automation, and dedicated account management.
