Camouflage Mode: On Android devices, Tella offers camouflage options, such as disguising the app as a fully functional calculator or changing its name and icon, making it less conspicuous on the device.
Quick Delete Function: A quick delete sliding button enables users to swiftly erase data from Tella in emergency situations. Users can customize this feature to delete specific files, drafts, submitted forms, server settings, or the entire app.
Screen Security: By default, Tella blocks screenshots and screen recordings within the app and conceals the app's preview in the list of recent applications, preventing unauthorized capture of sensitive information.
Tella data ownership and portability:
Data Ownership
User Control: Users maintain complete ownership of their content, including videos and associated metadata.
Data Portability
Tella offers flexible subscription plans designed to accommodate the evolving needs of both individuals and organizations. As your requirements change, you can seamlessly scale your subscription up or down. Here's how:
Scaling Up
Upgrading Plans: If you require access to more advanced features, you can upgrade from the Pro plan to the Premium plan. The Premium plan includes all Pro features plus additional benefits like custom branding, custom domain, and video analytics.
Adding Users: For team collaborations, you can add more users to your subscription. Each user will have access to the shared workspace and collaborative tools, enhancing team productivity.
Scaling Down
Downgrading Plans: If your current plan exceeds your needs, you have the option to downgrade to a more basic plan. This allows you to maintain essential functionalities while optimizing costs.
Reducing Users: Should your team size decrease, you can adjust the number of users in your subscription accordingly, ensuring you're only paying for what you use.
Billing Adjustments
Prorated Charges: When scaling your subscription up or down, Tella applies prorated billing. This means any changes in your plan or user count will be reflected in your billing cycle, ensuring fair charges based on usage.
Implementation Process
Tella policies on contract renewal and cancellation are designed to provide clarity and flexibility for users. Below is a detailed overview:
Automatic Renewal
Subscription Continuity: Unless terminated in accordance with Tella agreement or applicable service order, subscriptions automatically renew for a term equivalent to the expiring subscription. The charges for the subsequent term will align with Tella standard rates at the time of renewal.
Cancellation Process
Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party commits a material breach that remains uncured for 30 days. Additionally, Tella reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately without notice if there is a violation of the User Content and Conduct Policy.
Refunds Upon Termination: If the agreement is terminated by the user due to Tella uncured material breach, Tella will refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the subscription term from the effective termination date. Conversely, if Tella terminates the agreement due to the user's material breach, the user is obligated to pay any unpaid fees for the remainder of the subscription term.
No Refunds for Early Cancellation: Except in cases where the user terminates due to Tella material breach, no refunds or credits are provided if a subscription is canceled before the end of the current term.
Data Export and Deletion
Post-Termination Data Access: Upon written request, Tella will make service data available for export or download for 30 days following the effective date of termination, expiration, or account migration. After this period, Tella has no obligation to maintain or provide any service data and will delete such data in accordance with their Data Deletion Policy, unless prohibited by law or legal order.
Payment Terms
Billing and Charges: All subscription charges are due in full at the commencement of the subscription term or, for deployed associated services, at the time of purchase or deployment. Users are responsible for providing valid and current payment information and must promptly update account information with any changes.
Tella is committed to upholding robust security and privacy standards to protect user data:
