Accuracy and Data Integrity: Reviews mention that the converter preserves email contents, folder structure, metadata, calendar items, contacts, and attachments accurately without data loss
Advanced Features: Users appreciate features like batch conversion, exporting in multiple formats (PST, MSG, EML, PDF, HTML, RTF), recovery of deleted items, large PST file splitting, preview options, cloud export to Office 365 or Live Exchange, and detailed log reports
Compatibility: It runs smoothly on modern Windows systems and supports the latest Outlook versions seamlessly
Pricing: Some users find the full version pricing relatively high compared to similar competitive tools
Limitations in Free Version: The free trial allows preview but restricts saving converted items (e.g., saving only 20 items per folder), which some users find limiting
Feature Improvement Suggestions: A few users suggest that features like PST file compacting could be improved for enhanced performance
Lack of Advanced Speed Controls: Although performance is generally good, the software lacks advanced speed tuning options such as Fast Mode or multi-threading customization that some competing tools offer
