Data Ownership:
Stayflexi’s privacy policy makes clear that users (hotels and properties) retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform, including guest information, booking details, and other operational data.
Stayflexi does not sell, trade, or transfer user or guest personal information to outside parties except as required to provide services or as outlined in their privacy policy.
Users have rights over their personal and business data, including the ability to access, correct, or delete it as needed, by data protection regulations such as GDPR.
Data Portability:
Stayflexi gives users the right to access and export their data from the platform. This means hotels can obtain a copy of their data for backup, migration, or compliance purposes.
Upon request, Stayflexi will provide users with their data or delete it, provided there are no overriding legal obligations to retain it.
Data export and portability features are designed to ensure users can move their data to another system if they choose to stop using Stayflexi.
Security and Compliance:
Stayflexi implements encryption, access controls, and secure data storage to protect user data.

Multiple Plan Tiers: Stayflexi offers several plan tiers (e.g., Starter, Silver, Gold, Enterprise), each with different features and user capacities. You can move between these plans as your operational requirements change, from small boutique hotels to large multi-property chains.

Data Handling Upon Cancellation
After termination, Stayflexi may destroy all subscriber data in its possession.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to export or back up all required data before the subscription ends.
