SmartKarrot offers flexible subscription plans designed to adapt to changing organizational needs:

• Scalability: Customers can increase or decrease the number of users, features, or data volume as their business requirements evolve.

• Subscription Flexibility: Plans support adjustments in billing cycles (monthly or yearly) and user licenses, allowing organizations to scale up or down accordingly.

• Contract Terms: Specific details about scaling, such as notice periods or minimum commitments, are outlined in the customer’s contract with SmartKarrot.

• No Free Lifetime Plan: The pricing structure does not include a free lifetime tier, so all scaling involves paid plans.

• Renewal Process: SmartKarrot subscriptions typically renew automatically according to the terms of the original agreement, which often specify renewal intervals such as annually or monthly. Renewal ensures uninterrupted access to the service unless cancelled in advance.

• Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscription renewal either through their online account management page or by contacting SmartKarrot’s customer support. Cancellation must be done before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

• Notification Period: While exact notice periods are not explicitly stated publicly, industry practice and common SaaS contract standards suggest customers should notify SmartKarrot at least 30 to 90 days before the renewal date to cancel or modify the contract without penalty.

• Contract Review and Renegotiation: Before renewal, customers and SmartKarrot may review contract terms, pricing, and service levels. Renewal can proceed on existing terms or involve renegotiation if both parties agree to changes.

• Auto-Renewal Clause: SmartKarrot’s contracts generally include an auto-renewal clause, meaning the subscription will automatically renew unless proactively cancelled by the customer.

• Importance of Monitoring: Customers are responsible for tracking renewal dates to avoid unintended auto-renewals, which can lead to unexpected charges or contract extensions.

• Flexibility: Renewal discussions provide an opportunity to adjust licenses, features, or pricing to better fit evolving business needs.

• Data Privacy and Security: SmartKarrot adheres to data privacy regulations including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ensuring protection of personal data for customers in applicable regions.
