Data Ownership and User Rights:

• Users have clear rights over their personal data processed by Skipso. These rights include accessing their data, requesting corrections, restricting processing, objecting to processing, and withdrawing consent at any time.

• Users can request the erasure of their data (“right to be forgotten”) under certain circumstances.

• Importantly, users have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. They can also request that this data be transferred to another controller if technically feasible. This supports full data portability for users who wish to move their information to another platform or service.

• These rights are applicable as long as the data is being processed based on user consent, a contract, or pre-contractual obligations, and as long as the data retention period has not expired. Once the retention period ends and data is deleted, these rights can no longer be enforced.
