Scalr encourages all customers to regularly update their deployments to the latest version of the software to realize the full benefits. The platform provides comprehensive support for the current major release version and the preceding major release version for up to 12 months following the date of the most current major release version. Updates are managed through a structured process that includes testing and quality assurance to ensure they do not disrupt existing operations.
Scalr Enterprise's policy on data ownership and portability ensures that users retain ownership of their data. Customers can export their data as needed, facilitating seamless data portability to other systems or services. This policy is designed to provide users with control over their data and the flexibility to move it as required.
Scalr Enterprise offers flexible terms for scaling up or down as organizational needs change. The platform allows businesses to adjust their usage and costs based on their current requirements. For instance, Scalr provides 5 concurrent runs to start and scales the concurrency as the number of runs increases at no additional charge. This flexibility ensures that businesses can efficiently manage their cloud resources and costs as their needs evolve.
Renewal: You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your account settings page or by contacting the company. If you do not cancel, the subscription will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions.
Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the fees already paid. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
