Proggio
By Proggio INC
Proggio subscriptions (monthly/annual) are set for automatic renewal at the end of the billing period unless cancellation is submitted before renewal.
Renewal notifications are typically sent before the next billing cycle, allowing subscribers to upgrade, downgrade, or end their plans.
Longer-term pilot options and special startup plans have customized renewal/extension clauses, confirmed during sales or onboarding discussions.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime directly within the Proggio dashboard; look for the "Cancel Subscription" option.
For Basic, Plus, and Enterprise plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period—access remains until the paid term concludes.
Refunds are generally not offered for partial periods (unused months on annual contracts, for example).
In the event of difficulty finding the cancellation option, Proggio support can be contacted for assistance and to process cancellation requests.
Organization data remains available for export before the account closes. Permanent deletion or further requests are managed via customer support.
Upgrades/downgrades between plans are seamless, with changes applied immediately or at the next renewal point, depending on the request.
Proggio is fully GDPR compliant, providing data subject rights, secure storage, consent management, data export, deletion capabilities, and privacy-by-default practices for all users in the EU and beyond.
The platform meets CCPA requirements for personal data handling, giving US customers control over their data access, portability, deletion, and consent (especially for paid plans).
Proggio’s Enterprise architecture runs on ISO 27000-certified infrastructure, confirming adherence to internationally recognized controls for information security management, risk mitigation, and secure cloud operations.
