Pleo is a cloud-based expense management solution that allows businesses to share corporate credit cards among employees, record receipts or reimbursements, and track spend in real-time. Fraud detection, expense reconciliation, permission management, and image capture are among the features. Pleo allows accountants to create on-demand prepaid virtual cards for online purchases and plastic cards for in-store purchases, as well as set custom spend limits. Managers can receive transaction notifications, capture receipts, and automatically categorize purchases. Supervisors can use the dashboard to view all purchases and add custom tags for accounting procedures.

Purchases are automatically categorized, matched with receipt photos, and users can add custom tags and notes to expenses for identification.
