Data Import and Configuration: Import existing data (e.g., project records, contacts, documents) and configure modules such as project management, ELN, and reporting to match lab workflows.
Pilot Project Selection: Start with a small, manageable project or dataset to validate workflows and build confidence in the system before expanding to broader use.
Manual Testing and Validation: Test workflows, permissions, and integrations manually to ensure everything functions as intended. Address issues before full-scale rollout.
Training and Support: Provide user training and access to support resources to ensure all team members are comfortable with the platform.
