MyMomentum contract renewal and cancellation terms provide flexibility and protection for both parties, with clear processes and responsibilities.
Automatic Renewal: Contracts generally auto-renew for successive terms (often monthly) unless otherwise specified in the Service Order.
Renewal Notice: Either party can end the contract at the end of the initial or renewal term with written notice: typically, 60 days before the end of the initial term, or 30 days before a renewal term ends.
Successive Renewal Terms: Renewals continue unless formal notice of non-renewal is provided, preventing unintended lapses in service.
Flexible Cancellation: Either party can terminate a Service Order for any reason or no reason at the conclusion of the current term, provided proper notice is given.
Material Breach: Termination is possible if one party commits a material breach and fails to cure it within 30 days after receiving written notice of the issue.
Cancellation Timing: For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancel at least one business day before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
No Refunds: Payments for the next billing cycle are not refunded, so cancellations must be timed appropriately.
