Contract Renewal

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the then-current rate when they expire. It is the client’s responsibility to manage renewals; Mountain Stream may process the renewal automatically depending on payment method and account status.

• Payment Terms: Renewal fees may be charged to the payment method on file unless you notify Mountain Stream of cancellation or changes in advance through the approved channels.

• Non-Renewal Consequences: If automatic renewal fails due to issues like expired payment details, your subscription will lapse and access will be suspended. Reactivation may require settling outstanding fees or paying a reinstatement charge.

• Invoice Issues: Late or unpaid invoices can result in suspension of admin accounts, a reinstatement fee, and eventual termination if not resolved promptly.

Cancellation Terms

• No Minimum Contract: Operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, allowing cancellation at any time.

• Outstanding Balance: All unpaid balances must be cleared before cancellation can take effect, and minimum monthly fees apply until this is done.

• Termination by Provider: Accounts may be suspended or ended immediately for breaches of terms, inappropriate use, or non-compliance, with no refund for prepaid amounts in cases caused by user actions.

• Data Handling on Termination: Upon termination, data may be either retained or deleted at Mountain Stream’s discretion. Clients are responsible for exporting and securing any data they wish to keep prior to account closure.
