Typical implementation process for Logikcull software and the expected timeframe:
Project Creation and Setup
Users can create a new project in Logikcull in just a few minutes, with the average time to start a project being over three minutes.
Data Collection and Migration
Data can be collected from various sources (email, cloud storage, Slack, etc.) and uploaded directly to Logikcull using drag-and-drop or direct integrations.
For large or complex migrations, users may split data into manageable batches (e.g., 200–300 GB or 500,000 documents per batch) and prioritize urgent documents.
Automated Data Processing
Once uploaded, Logikcull automatically processes data, performing tasks such as OCR, deduplication, metadata extraction, and virus scanning.
Processing speed is typically 5,000–8,000 documents per hour, per project; most data sets are fully processed in a matter of hours.
Quality Control and Review
Users perform post-upload quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Review can begin almost immediately after processing is complete.

Logikcull’s policy on data ownership and portability is clearly defined in its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
Data Ownership:
The customer is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in their Hosted Data. Logikcull does not claim ownership of customer data uploaded to its platform.
Customers grant Logikcull a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Hosted Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
Data Portability:
Logikcull provides full export capabilities, allowing customers to download all documents and metadata from their projects, including options to export all records (including duplicates) or only unique instances.
Customers control what data is submitted to the platform and can manage, export, or remove their data as needed.
For users in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, Logikcull acknowledges GDPR rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Customers or users can request these actions directly, and non-customers should contact the relevant customer (data controller) for such requests.
Retention and Deletion:
Logikcull’s terms for scaling up or down as organizational needs change are designed for flexibility and ease:
Cloud-Based Scalability:
Logikcull is a cloud-based platform, enabling it to automatically scale up or down resources based on the size of the data being processed. This means users do not need to worry about running out of processing power or storage when handling large data volumes or sudden increases in workload.
The platform supports an unlimited number of users, allowing organizations to add or remove team members as needed without restrictions.
Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades:
Customers can upgrade their subscription at any time to accommodate additional requirements. Upgrading will terminate any existing fee arrangement and replace it with a new one reflecting the changes.
Usage-Based Billing:
Fees are typically based on usage or subscription plans, and customers are billed according to the agreed pricing structure. If a customer chooses to upgrade or downgrade, the new fee arrangement takes effect immediately.
Flexible Access and Availability:
The platform is available from anywhere at any time, supporting remote teams and distributed workforces.
Support for Large Cases:
Logikcull is engineered to handle large cases and high volumes, as demonstrated by its track record with major corporations and thousands of completed matters.
Centralized Data Management:
Terms and conditions for contract renewal and cancellation for Logikcull, based on its official documentation and agreements:
Term of Agreement:
The Agreement remains in effect until the end of the subscription term specified in the Order Form, unless terminated earlier according to the terms.
Renewal Process:
Renewal is not automatic unless explicitly specified in the Order Form or by mutual agreement. Customers and Logikcull must agree to renewal terms, which may include changes to service scope, pricing, or other conditions.
For enterprise or custom agreements, amendments or addenda may be executed to extend the term or modify service terms, as seen in public sector contracts.
Termination for Cause:
Either party may terminate the Agreement for cause by providing 30 days’ written notice of a material breach that remains uncured after the notice period.
The Agreement may also be terminated immediately if the other party becomes subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors.
Refund and Payment Obligations:
If the Agreement is terminated by the customer for cause (uncured material breach), the customer is entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term after the effective date of termination.
If terminated by Logikcull for cause, the customer must pay any unpaid fees for the remainder of the term.
In all cases, termination does not relieve the customer of its obligation to pay any fees due for the period prior to termination.
Suspension of Service:
Logikcull may suspend or deny access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including:
scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, security concerns, unusual activity or usage spikes, technical problems, violation of the Agreement, non-payment, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Data Retention and Export:
Customers can export or retrieve their hosted data at any time during the term or up to 30 days after expiration or termination of the Agreement.
After 30 days, Logikcull has no obligation to maintain or provide hosted data and may delete or destroy all copies unless legally prohibited.
Payment and Billing:
Payment is due within seven days of the billing date; late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
For “Pay As You Go” accounts, projects must be deleted by the last day of the month to avoid being billed for the next month.
Trial Periods:
Data and customizations made during a trial period are permanently deleted unless the customer upgrades to a paid plan before the trial ends.
