Honest-Buildings

Honest Buildings, now part of Procore, is a project management software platform specifically designed for owners and developers in the construction industry. It centralizes project management by moving workflows from spreadsheets to a digital platform, providing a comprehensive view of all projects across a portfolio. This data-driven approach allows owners to manage capital more strategically, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The platform facilitates collaboration and transparency among stakeholders, including general contractors and subcontractors, by providing a unified system of record. Honest Buildings has been instrumental in managing over $20 billion worth of projects for major global and national owners like Brookfield and Oxford Properties Group, offering tools that enhance financial tracking and cost management from initial investment to final expenditure.
