Gather

Gather is a virtual workspace platform designed to recreate the in-person office experience for remote teams. It offers a persistent virtual environment where team members can communicate and collaborate naturally, mimicking real-world interactions like stopping by a colleague's desk or having casual hallway conversations. The platform features spatial audio technology that allows for proximity-based conversations, enabling spontaneous meetings and water cooler chats without scheduling. Gather provides customizable virtual spaces that reflect unique team cultures, supports both impromptu collaborations and scheduled team meetings, and integrates with popular calendar systems. It offers collaboration tools such as whiteboards and screen sharing, and focuses on fostering team culture through personalized avatars and virtual desks. By combining practical work tools with social features, Gather aims to enhance communication, reduce the need for formal meetings, and create a more engaging and interactive remote work experience that drives team productivity and camaraderie.
