Fabrico

Fabrico is a cloud‑based industrial software platform that merges MES (Manufacturing Execution System), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) in one environment, designed to help factories cut downtime, improve throughput, and standardize maintenance across multiple sites. At its core, Fabrico consolidates production and maintenance data—availability, performance, quality losses, work orders, spares, and compliance—into intuitive, mobile‑first workflows and dashboards that operators and engineers can use on the shop floor or remotely. Where Fabrico differentiates is in its AI add‑ons layer. The platform provides a structured “master data of inefficiencies” built from IoT devices, PLCs, operator inputs, and computer‑vision feeds. This data backbone enables computer‑vision modules to identify stoppages and likely root causes (e.g., no material, misaligned feeder) in real time, then links those events to OEE metrics for context. Predictive and performance maintenance models analyze vibration, temperature, runtime, and degradation patterns to forecast failures and recommend optimal maintenance windows—moving teams from reactive fixes to proactive reliability. Beyond analytics, Fabrico’s AI Agent operationalizes continuous improvement. Instead of simply surfacing trends, it translates patterns from downtime, micro‑stops, slowdowns, and changeover sequences into structured tasks, assigns them to production, maintenance, or CI teams, and refines schedules to stabilize output and increase asset utilization. This turns the platform into a digital teammate that maintains flow and prevents issues from slipping through the cracks. On the human‑knowledge side, Fabrico’s AI Assistant fuses manufacturer manuals, troubleshooting guides, and your own historical events. Technicians can query with error codes or component terms and receive step‑by‑step instructions, plus data‑backed answers drawn from similar incidents (“most common cause,” “what solved it before,” shift or temperature correlations). The result is standardized resolutions, faster training, and retention of tribal knowledge across shifts and sites. From a deployment perspective, Fabrico emphasizes accessibility and scale. The web app and native iOS/Android applications support QR‑code scanning, real‑time notifications, and task execution in the field. Group and multisite capabilities help leaders achieve centralized control, standardized workflows, and cross‑plant visibility—supported by ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO‑certified quality systems. Pricing spans a free tier for exploration, “Light” and “Full” plans for small to large plants, and an Enterprise option with unlimited machines/locations and dedicated implementation.

Fabrico’s edge begins with its integrated design: a single platform that unifies MES, OEE, and CMMS—reducing tool sprawl and data silos that plague many plants using separate systems for maintenance, production tracking, and analytics. This consolidation means downtime events, root causes, and corrective tasks live in one workflow, accelerating detection‑to‑resolution and tying improvements directly to OEE. Competing CMMS tools often rely on external MES/OEE integrations or manual handoffs; Fabrico builds those connections natively. The second advantage is its AI stack tailored for manufacturing realities. Fabrico doesn’t bolt on generic AI; it first establishes a validated, contextual data layer from machines, people, and cameras, then deploys computer‑vision and predictive models that map directly to stoppages, micro‑stops, and degradation patterns. Its AI Agent closes the loop by automatically creating tasks and optimizing schedules, shifting teams from reporting to execution. Many competitors offer analytics and alerts, but fewer provide a closed‑loop system that continuously converts insights into actions in the same environment.
