AUTOsist employs commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through its site and software. These measures are designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of data.

Information collected through AUTOsist's site and software is stored and processed in the United States. This ensures that data is managed in compliance with U.S. data protection regulations.

The company will also take other steps in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to mitigate the impact of the breach.

Contract Renewal
Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription term unless terminated. This is a common practice to ensure continuity of service without interruption.
Cancellation Policy
For Account Holders NOT using GPS/Telematics Features:
Notice Period: Account holders may cancel services at any time upon 30 days' written notice to AUTOsist.
Monthly Billing: If billed monthly, no fees will be charged after the 30-day period.
Yearly Billing: If billed yearly, a prorated refund for the remainder of the contract year will be provided following the 30-day notice period, minus a termination fee of 15% of the yearly fee.
Data Export: Users must export their content before canceling their account, as content may not be recoverable once the account is canceled.
For Account Holders using GPS Tracking and Telematics:
AUTOsist is an official reseller of Azuga, and the use of GPS devices and Azuga’s services is subject to Azuga’s terms and conditions, which include specific cancellation policies. These can be found on Azuga’s website.
Non-payment:
If an account holder fails to pay any fee or other amounts due, their AUTOsist account may be suspended. The account holder will be liable to reimburse AUTOsist for amounts due upon demand, plus any applicable processing fees, charges, or penalties, plus interest and other costs of collection as allowed by law.
DOT (Department of Transportation):
AUTOsist helps businesses comply with DOT regulations by maintaining necessary records and ensuring vehicle and driver compliance. This includes features such as digital inspection forms, maintenance records, and reminders for scheduled maintenance or inspections.
FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration):
The software includes features that help businesses comply with FMCSA regulations. This includes digital inspection forms (DVIR), maintenance records, and other compliance-related documentation that are essential for fleet management.
