Users do not gain title to this data and are restricted from transferring, distributing, sublicensing, selling, disseminating, or making available any of the data or information other than for the purpose it was provided, without the express consent of Acculynx
Legal Actions Against Misuse: Acculynx reserves the right to report misuse of the company’s data to the proper government authorities and may exercise all of its rights in response to any actions that violate the security of its website and/or app

Termination with 30 Days' Notice: In addition to immediate termination in certain cases, AccuLynx reserves the right to terminate the agreement or any user licenses with 30 calendar days' written notice, with or without cause
User License Flexibility: AccuLynx allows the addition or reassignment of user licenses during any 30-day period at the same pricing as pre-existing subscriptions. This flexibility supports scaling up or down as organizational needs change.
Automatic Renewal: Customer accounts are set to auto-renew by default, and AccuLynx may automatically charge for renewal on or after the associated renewal date unless the service is cancelled prior to that date.
