Yardi EHR
بواسطة Yardi Systems, Inc.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Admins frequently highlight the built-in safeguards for HIPAA and SOX compliance. The software automatically generates state-required assessment forms, which reviewers say reduces the stress of audits.
eMAR Reliability: Caregivers often review the electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) as a "lifesaver." It reduces medication errors by providing real-time alerts and direct communication channels between nurses, physicians, and pharmacies.
Mobile Point-of-Care: Staff appreciate the mobile-friendly interface that allows for "bedside charting." The ability to work offline and sync data once reconnected is cited as a major advantage for large campuses with spotty Wi-Fi.
Scalability for Enterprise: Large portfolios (50+ communities) give high marks to the platform’s ability to centralize resident records, allowing executives to see clinical "health scores" across an entire organization from a single dashboard.
Performance and Speed Lags: A recurring technical complaint centers on server speed. Some IT specialists and nurses report that the system can be "sluggish" during peak shift changes, with some pages taking significant time to load.
Closed Ecosystem: Unlike competitors like PointClickCare, which has an open marketplace, some users find Yardi’s lack of third-party integrations frustrating. They feel "locked in" to the Yardi ecosystem for everything from pharmacy to labs.
