This fee includes access to all core features such as AI-powered ticketing, zero-code customization, integrations, and mobile access. According to available documentation, there are no hidden setup fees or maintenance charges mentioned. The platform is designed to be plug-and-play, with integrations and configurations handled through its zero-code interface, which minimizes the need for costly implementation services.
Support is included via live chat, help documentation, and onboarding assistance. For enterprise clients or those requiring advanced customization, Wavity may offer tailored packages, but these are typically discussed during the sales consultation.

Wavity Help & Service Desk follows a continuous improvement model, regularly releasing updates to enhance functionality, security, and user experience. These updates include new features, AI enhancements, bug fixes, and integration improvements. Updates are managed centrally and deployed automatically across the platform, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Because Wavity is a cloud-based SaaS solution, users benefit from instant access to the latest features without needing manual installations or downtime.
According to Wavity’s Terms of Service, users retain ownership of their data. Wavity acts as a service provider and does not claim rights over customer content. The platform supports data export functionality, allowing organizations to retrieve and transfer their data as needed. This ensures data portability, which is crucial for compliance, migration, or backup purposes. Users can export tickets, reports, and knowledge base content through built-in tools, and integrations with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox further support flexible data management.
Wavity is designed to scale easily with organizational growth or contraction. Its pricing model—$25 per agent per month—allows businesses to add or remove users as needed. Administrators can manage user roles, access groups, and permissions through the platform’s settings, enabling quick adjustments to team size and structure. There are no penalties for scaling down, and scaling up is seamless thanks to the platform’s zero-code architecture and cloud infrastructure. This flexibility makes Wavity ideal for startups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises alike.
