Customer Support: Universally praised as brilliant, quick, and responsive. Users appreciate that the team is always willing to help, acts as a supportive partner, and responds to issues effectively.
Ease of Use & Setup: The platform is described as really easy to use and set up, enabling quick oversight for small businesses and non-performance teams.
Comprehensive Monitoring: Users value the single, powerful tool that consolidates Uptime Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Synthetic User Journey monitoring (acting as a "mystery shopper").
Security Features: Highly valued for its dedicated focus on client-side security, specifically Magecart/Web Skimming attack detection, which provides advanced protection against data breaches and helps maintain PCI DSS compliance.
Actionable Performance Insights: It provides excellent analytics data and features like continuous Google Lighthouse Audits and Core Web Vitals tracking, allowing users to find, fix, and prevent performance issues that impact customers.
User Interface (UI) & Navigation: The overall UI could be improved to be more user-friendly and intuitive. New users found the interface to be overwhelming and the navigation between settings and features to be confusing or time-consuming.
Terminology: Some users find the terminology to be jargonistic or often unexplained, making it difficult for those unfamiliar with Digital Experience Monitoring to grasp certain features quickly (e.g., the difference between "monitors vs. websites").
Alert Functionality: A specific criticism is that the alert rules can feel detached from the monitors themselves, suggesting that having a direct link to alert settings within a specific monitor would improve usability.
