Massive Time Savings: The most consistent praise is the speed of "clipping." Users frequently report that the AI identifies the most engaging hooks and segments automatically, reducing hours of manual editing to just a few minutes.
Highly Accurate Subtitles: Reviewers often highlight the AI auto-captioning feature. The software supports multiple languages and offers "Hormozi-style" and other trending caption templates that are highly customizable in terms of font, color, and emojis.
All-in-One Workflow: Many users value that they can not only edit but also schedule and publish directly to TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn from the same dashboard, replacing the need for separate tools like Hootsuite.
Generous Free Tier: Small creators appreciate the 75 free monthly credits, which allow them to test the full "long-to-short" workflow without an immediate financial commitment.
Inaccuracies in Auto-Cuts: Some users report that while the AI is smart, it sometimes cuts a clip too early or starts it in the middle of a sentence, requiring manual "fine-tuning" using the seek bar.
Support Response Times: A recurring minor complaint is that customer service can be slow to respond to technical glitches, particularly for users on the free or lower-tier Lite plans.
Occasional Glitches During Rendering: Some reviewers have mentioned bugs where a video "hangs" during the export process or the subtitles occasionally lose synchronization if the background noise in the source video is high.
