User Experience & Convenience: Users, including doctors and medical directors, consistently praise the platform for its convenience and user-friendly interface.
Practice Management: The platform is considered a complete virtual practice solution, efficiently managing appointments, billing, and providing an Electronic Health Record (EHR). Features like AI Scribe for documentation are noted for saving time on paperwork.
Chronic/Remote Care (RPM): The Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) features are a key benefit, allowing doctors to efficiently track over 70 health parameters, provide personalized care plans, and receive alerts for timely intervention.
Security & Compliance: The software is built with strong adherence to global standards, including being HIPAA and GDPR-compliant, which is crucial for handling sensitive patient data.
Patient Access & Engagement: The platform offers secure communication, white-label options, and a patient portal, enhancing engagement and making care more accessible, particularly for follow-ups and chronic conditions.
Patient Registration Process: Patients must have an email address for registration, as they cannot register with a mobile phone number alone.
Administration Limitations: Administrators (providers) cannot edit a patient's email address if an error is made during registration, creating a major inconvenience for correcting patient data.
Limited Patient Data Fields: One user noted that there is "limited information regarding patients," suggesting a need for more customizable parameters in the patient record to make it less challenging for detailed documentation.
