Wrangle

Wrangle is a cutting-edge business process management (BPM) and ticketing solution designed natively for Slack. It transforms Slack from a simple messaging tool into a powerful operations hub by allowing teams to build, execute, and track complex workflows and help desk tickets directly within their existing communication channels. The platform is built for modern, remote, and hybrid teams who find traditional, external ticketing systems too cumbersome or disconnected from where their daily work actually happens. The core of Wrangle lies in its ability to combine intake forms, multi-step approvals, and task management into a single, cohesive interface. Users can design workflows using an intuitive, no-code web application and then deploy them directly into Slack channels. Whether it is an IT support request, a marketing approval, or a finance reimbursement, Wrangle ensures that every request is captured with full context, routed to the right people, and tracked until completion, preventing critical items from getting lost in the noise of chat history.

Wrangle’s primary competitive advantage is its deep, 'Slack-first' architecture, which differs significantly from 'Slack-integrated' legacy tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow. While legacy tools treat Slack as a notification layer, Wrangle treats it as the operating system. This means users never have to leave their chat environment to fill out complex forms, approve budget requests, or track ticket status. This 'zero-context-switching' environment results in dramatically higher user engagement and faster response times compared to external-only platforms. Another major differentiator is Wrangle's no-code workflow engine combined with conditional logic. Most Slack-based ticketing tools are limited to simple 'request-and-respond' patterns. Wrangle, however, allows for complex, branching logic. For example, a purchase request over $5,000 can automatically be routed to a CFO for a secondary approval, while smaller amounts move directly to the procurement team. This flexibility allows Wrangle to function as a full-scale BPM tool rather than just a simple help desk. Furthermore, Wrangle's AI capabilities are natively embedded into the conversational flow. The 'Ask Wrangle' reporting feature allows managers to query their operational data using natural language—asking questions like 'What was our average response time in IT last week?' or 'Which department has the most pending approvals?'—and receive immediate, visualized answers. Finally, Wrangle’s support for Slack Connect gives it a unique edge in managing external partnerships and B2B customer support, allowing teams to maintain high-touch relationships while keeping professional, trackable ticketing records in shared channels. This combination of deep platform integration, sophisticated logic, and accessible AI makes Wrangle the most versatile tool in the Slack ecosystem.
