Cloud Flexibility and Remote Access: The most praised feature is the ability to access estimates from anywhere. Users frequently mention how helpful it is for teams to collaborate in real-time, whether they are in the office, at home, or on a job site, without needing a VPN or local server.
Managed Database Updates: Unlike older versions where users had to manually update material pricing, "Anywhere" users appreciate that Trimble manages the backend database. This ensures that the 40,000+ items and assemblies are kept current with minimal administrative effort.
Integrated Graphical Takeoff: The seamless, native integration with graphical takeoff tools is highly rated. Estimators find that being able to perform digital measurements and have them automatically populate the estimate significantly reduces data entry errors.
Automatic Backup and Security: Users report peace of mind knowing their data is stored in a secure cloud environment. The automatic saving and version control features are often cited as life-savers compared to the manual backup processes of legacy software.

Modern Collaboration: Many reviews highlight the "multi-user" capabilities, noting that several estimators can work on different sections of the same large bid simultaneously without the file-locking issues common in older desktop applications.
Internet Dependency: Because the platform is entirely cloud-based, users have noted that performance is strictly tied to internet quality. Some have reported frustration with lag or "saving" icons during peak usage times if their local connection is unstable.
Subscription Model Costs: While the cloud transition is appreciated, some long-time users of the "Classic" perpetual license find the ongoing subscription costs to be high, particularly for smaller firms that prefer one-time capital expenditures.
Migration Challenges: Some reviewers who moved from Accubid Classic or Enterprise reported that the migration process was more complex than expected. Specifically, re-mapping custom assemblies or adjusting to the new UI layout took longer than their teams had initially budgeted.
