Jahez
بواسطة Jahez International Company
The implementation of Jahez software for restaurant partners typically follows a structured onboarding and integration process. Here's a step-by-step overview:
Initial Registration
Restaurants or home chefs begin by registering on the Jahez platform via the Jahez Integration Portal. This includes submitting business details, contact information, and required documentation.
Verification and Approval
Jahez reviews the submitted information to verify the legitimacy of the business. Once approved, the partner receives access credentials to the integration portal.
Menu Setup and Configuration
Partners upload their menu items, prices, and images. The portal allows customization of categories, item descriptions, and availability times.
System Integration
Restaurants can integrate Jahez with their existing POS systems using APIs provided in the developer portal. This ensures seamless order management and real-time updates.
Training and Onboarding Support
Jahez provides training materials and support to help partners understand how to manage orders, update menus, and use analytics tools.
Testing Phase
Before going live, partners conduct test orders to ensure the system functions correctly, including order receipt, payment processing, and delivery coordination.
Go Live
Once testing is successful, the restaurant is listed on the Jahez app, and customers can begin placing orders.
The entire process typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity of the restaurant’s setup and the speed of documentation and integration.
Jahez software offers a range of customization options to accommodate different business models and operational needs:
