i-nexus deploys robust security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive strategic, operational, and performance data:
Encryption is used for all data, both in transit and at rest, safeguarding information from unauthorized access throughout storage and transmission processes.
Role-based access control allows organizations to define granular permissions, ensuring only approved users can view, edit, or manage strategy plans, reports, and projects according to their roles.
Comprehensive audit trails and system activity logging provide full visibility into changes, user actions, and workflow status for compliance, accountability, and incident investigation.
Secure cloud hosting infrastructure is leveraged to guarantee high availability, redundancy, and resilience against hardware or network failures, with data centers that follow industry best practices and standards.
Multi-factor authentication and stringent password policies defend against unauthorized login attempts and bolster user identity verification.
Automatic updates and security patching protect against emerging vulnerabilities by ensuring the platform remains current with the latest safeguards.
Integration points with other systems (ERP, CRM, project management) use secure APIs and authentication protocols, maintaining security standards in cross-system data exchanges.
i-nexus releases updates on a regular, ongoing basis—typically monthly or quarterly—to introduce new features, improve security, and enhance user experience. These updates cover platform enhancements, bug fixes, integrations, and performance optimizations, all managed centrally through its cloud infrastructure. Updates are automatically deployed to customer instances, requiring no manual installation or downtime. i-nexus provides notifications, release notes, and support documentation with each update, ensuring users are informed about changes, new capabilities, and how to leverage them effectively in their strategy execution processes. This SaaS approach ensures all organizations receive the latest improvements with minimal disruption to planning and operational activities.
i-nexus maintains a clear policy on data ownership and portability to ensure organizational control and flexibility:
Data ownership: All data uploaded, entered, or generated within i-nexus—including strategies, objectives, projects, KPIs, reports, and portfolios—remains the exclusive property of the customer. i-nexus acts as a data processor, using customer data only for service delivery and platform functionality.
Data portability: Organizations have the ability to export their strategic plans, progress reports, KPIs, and associated documents in standard, machine-readable formats (such as Excel or CSV), supporting analysis, migration, or archival outside the i-nexus platform.
Access and permissions: Account administrators maintain full control over user access, visibility, and export capabilities, ensuring that data extraction and sharing comply with organizational policies and privacy mandates.
Data retention and deletion: Upon contract expiration or termination, customers may request full data export and subsequent deletion from i-nexus systems, aligning with regulations such as GDPR and supporting business continuity or exit requirements.
i-nexus provides flexible terms for scaling up or down to meet changing organizational needs:
Organizations can upgrade their subscription at any time to add more users, features, or portfolios, with billing adjustments made on a prorated basis for new capacity and access.
Downgrading—to reduce user licenses, modules, or service levels—is typically processed at the end of the current contract or subscription period, allowing future billing and access to be aligned with actual requirements.
Role and permission changes, strategic portfolio configurations, and process template adjustments can be managed directly in the platform, making it easy to adapt without technical intervention.
No penalties or hidden fees are applied for scaling adjustments; customers pay only for the resources and functionalities they require, ensuring cost-effectiveness as needs change.
All strategy, project, and performance data is preserved and remains accessible during scaling transitions, so historical and current information is not lost when service levels are modified.
i-nexus customer support assists clients through all stages of scaling, from needs assessment and system configuration to onboarding larger teams or right-sizing after organizational changes.
i-nexus terms for contract renewal and cancellation are built for SaaS transparency and flexibility:
Automatic renewal: Contracts generally auto-renew at the end of each term unless the customer provides written notice of cancellation, typically 30 to 90 days before the renewal date.
Cancellation policy: Customers can cancel their subscription by submitting a cancellation request within the contractually specified notice period; cancellation usually takes effect at the close of the current billing or prepaid subscription period.
Refunds: Prepaid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract or required by law.
Flexibility at renewal: Organizations may adjust user count, service modules, and subscription tier at the time of renewal to align with business needs, with updated fees applying in the new period.
Price changes: i-nexus will inform customers in advance of any pricing changes ahead of renewal, giving them the option to confirm or decline continuation on revised terms.
Data retention and export: After cancellation, clients may export their data before permanent account closure, supporting transition, regulatory compliance, and continuity.
Termination for cause: Contracts permit immediate termination in the event of material breach, policy violation, or non-payment, with provisions for secure handling or export of customer data.
Surviving obligations: Key clauses—such as confidentiality, liability, and data handling—remain in force even after the contract ends, preserving legal protection.
i-nexus is designed to meet key compliance standards and best practices required for secure and auditable enterprise strategy execution:
