بواسطة Rogue Services and Solutions, LLC
The implementation of Hubley follows a structured, collaborative process designed to deliver a fully branded, functional intranet quickly— typically completed within weeks rather than months, with base intranet deployments often delivered in as fast as one week for simple packages:
Discovery & Planning – Define business goals, success KPIs, and user needs. Budget, scope, target audience, and feature requirements are finalized, and an adoption plan is drafted.
Integration & Design – Hubley configures Microsoft 365 integrations, branding, templates, and architecture. Decisions are made on modules like PolicyHub+ or LMSHub+.
Configuration & Build-Out – Platform components—news, governance, employee directories, workflows, and calendars—are set up using customizable templates on SharePoint.
QA & User Testing – Internal stakeholders test the intranet to ensure usability, branding consistency, feature functionality, and integration stability.
Training & Launch – Rollout includes live training sessions, documentation, and support materials for end-users. Hubley’s “Green” subscribers receive ongoing quarterly feature updates.
Post-Launch Support & Optimization – After go-live, Hubley provides unlimited ongoing support, monitors adoption metrics, and refines content and workflows based on user behavior.
Timeline: While customized enterprise builds may take multiple weeks, Hubley notes that their base package is installable within one week, reflecting a rapid deployment capability.
Hubley is highly configurable and customizable to fit a wide range of enterprise requirements, including:
Hubley follows a custom, quote-based pricing model with transparent costs tailored to each organization. According to their pricing page, there are no hidden fees—setup fees are included in the initial quoted price, and ongoing cost structures are made explicit from the outset. All clients also receive free, unlimited support through the “hubley Green” subscription, which includes quarterly feature updates. For projects requiring unique functionality, additional consulting hours may be quoted separately—in these cases, Hubley provides detailed project estimates and proposals up front, so clients are informed of all associated costs.
Hubley provides comprehensive training and support through multiple channels:
Hubley embeds robust security frameworks by leveraging Microsoft 365 tenant environments and best practices:
Hubley maintains a proactive release cycle through its subscription model called hubley Green. Clients on this plan receive new feature updates quarterly, with Hubley delivering the latest enhancements directly into their Microsoft 365 tenant. Each release is accompanied by interactive training sessions, ensuring users understand and adopt new capabilities effectively. Additionally, Green subscribers receive a 15% discount on extra services like customizations and performance tuning. These updates are managed end-to-end by Hubley—it handles all deployment and provides training, with clients simply enabling new features in their intranet environment.
Hubley installs directly into a customer’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning all organizational data resides within and is controlled by that customer—there is no external data storage or shared infrastructure. Consequently, Hubley acts as a front-end layer and does not claim ownership of collected data or intranet content. Instead, data ownership and portability remain entirely with the customer, enabling organizations to manage, export, and retain control over their information per their internal Microsoft 365 governance policies.
Hubley is designed for scalability and flexible growth. Because it's built within your Microsoft 365 environment, scaling involves adding more modules, users, or departments, all without infrastructure changes. The modular architecture allows organizations to start small and incrementally add components like PolicyHub+, LMSHub+, or TeamsHub as needs expand. Hubley also supports organizations of varied sizes—from small startups to enterprises with hundreds of thousands of users—without performance limitations. Additionally, hubley Green subscribers can implement feature requests or customizations over time, ensuring the intranet adapts dynamically to organizational needs.
Hubley structures its engagements through Statements of Work (SOWs), each confirming scope, pricing, and schedule once both parties sign. These SOWs are treated as individual agreements—issued services must be explicitly approved in writing; verbal modifications are not valid.
Regarding termination, both Hubley and the customer may end any outstanding Order Form without cause, so long as they provide 60 days’ written notice before intended cancellation. SOWs remain in effect unless properly terminated under these conditions.
Data ownership is clearly delineated: all "Customer Data" stays the property of the customer. Meanwhile, Hubley retains ownership of its proprietary work product and intellectual property. Upon completion, the customer receives an irrevocable, fully paid, perpetual, royalty-free internal use license for deliverables.
Hubley adheres to robust security and compliance frameworks, leveraging Microsoft 365’s governance and compliance tools as the foundation. These include:
