Empiraa is an Australian-based SaaS company focused on transforming strategy execution and client management for consultants, advisors, and professional service firms through the use of AI and automation.
Empiraa was founded by Ash Brown, who identified a gap in the consulting technology market for a platform that could automate administrative overhead and enable scalable, results-driven client management. The product has iterated quickly in response to ongoing feedback from consultants and firm partners, evolving from a digital strategy planner into an end-to-end AI-powered business analyst and engagement dashboard for SMEs and advisors.
Empiraa 2.0 delivers a suite of tools designed for consultants and their clients, including:
AI business analyst that automates the ingestion and conversion of static documents (business plans, strategy decks) into dynamic, actionable strategies and objectives.
Automated progress reporting, accountability dashboards, and client check-ins to reduce manual admin and increase client engagement between meetings.
Over 200 customizable templates for strategies, goals, objectives, and meeting agendas.
Multi-client, multi-dashboard account structure with granular sub-account management for scaling up without extra headcount.
Built-in and planned integrations with project management, file sharing, and communication tools (e.g., Zapier, Google, and Microsoft 365).
Smart dashboards, customizable reporting tools, and upcoming support for Gantt charts, meeting agendas, and file management.
Empiraa has prioritized organic product expansion over acquisitions, rapidly releasing new functionality based on user feedback and an agile feature development roadmap. Planned future releases include a marketplace for add-ons, more robust meeting integrations, AI-powered note-taking, and native integrations beyond Zapier for deeper workflow automation.
Recent advances include Empiraa’s AI chat for building strategies conversationally, dynamic live plan creation from uploaded documents, enhanced sub-account controls, and smart, automated insight delivery for risk and performance monitoring. The company’s roadmap features regular rollouts of new templates, dashboards, and reporting views, as well as native meeting and collaborative tools to further streamline consulting operations.
Empiraa’s culture is built around listening to users, reducing manual work in the consulting process, and delivering measurable ROI. The platform aims to empower consultants to move beyond administrative tasks, focus on value delivery, and grow their businesses sustainably. Transparency, client success, and rapid innovation are emphasized in its community engagement and user support.
Empiraa serves consultants, advisors, boutique and mid-sized professional services firms, and organizations managing multiple client portfolios, typically in Australia but with global expansion. Clients benefit from a scalable dashboard that supports unlimited client management, real-time client check-ins, and measurable results with minimal extra staffing. Empiraa regularly incorporates user suggestions in its roadmap, fostering a highly engaged early adopter community.
