Superior GPU Performance: Users consistently report that the service provides unmatched processing power and seamless performance for graphics-intensive applications (like 3DS Max, AutoCAD, BIM software, etc.). It successfully transforms a humble device into a "high-spec supercomputer."

Reliability & Speed: The remote desktop is described as fast, efficient, and reliable, often far outstripping the performance of traditional remote desktops or standard VDI solutions. Minimal latency is reported, leading to a smooth user experience.

Flexibility: (DaaS/Workstation) The Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) model is highly valued. Users can work remotely or study from anywhere on any device (Mac, PC, tablet, etc.) using a simple web browser or dedicated app, offering great mobility and accessibility.

Cost-Effective Alternative: For many companies, it is a cost-effective solution as it eliminates the need for purchasing, upgrading, and maintaining expensive physical high-end workstations and hardware.

Security & Compliance: The platform is built with strong security in mind, offering features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and compliance with standards like GDPR, which is critical for large enterprise and government users.

Occasional Instability/Freezes: While rare, some users report "momentary freezes" or occasional accidental session disconnections during mid-session, often attributed to network variability or minor platform bugs.

Administrator Control Limitations: One specific technical complaint was the "inability to access and control, as the Administrator, other deployed VMs," which limits full central administrative oversight in certain deployment models.
