WBS Schedule Pro

WBS Schedule Pro offers a straightforward perpetual licensing model, meaning a one-time purchase grants permanent access to the version purchased. A single license for the complete WBS Schedule Pro suite, which includes WBS, Network, and Gantt charts, is priced at $349. For organizations only needing specific capabilities, Critical Tools offers 'Lite' versions: the WBS Version and the PERT (Network Chart) Version, each priced at $199. Significant quantity discounts are available for bulk purchases, starting at 5 licenses. For example, the per-license price for the complete version drops to $315 for 5-9 users, $280 for 10-24 users, and as low as $175 for orders exceeding 100 licenses. High-volume buyers or those requiring enterprise-wide coverage can contact the company for Site License quotes. Upgrades from older versions or from the Lite versions to the Full version are typically offered at a reduced rate (e.g., $150 to upgrade from WBS-only to Full). There are no recurring monthly fees, though maintenance updates within a major version are free. Support is included via email and online resources.
