Verint Workforce Engagement
بواسطة Verint Systems Inc.
Efficient Scheduling & Adherence: Reviewers frequently highlight the efficiency of the automated scheduling engine. It accounts for complex variables like employee skills, availability, and labor laws, while real-time adherence monitoring keeps managers informed of agent status without manual tracking.
Employee Empowerment (Self-Service): The mobile app and "shift swap" features are highly rated by agents. The ability to autonomously request time off or trade shifts with instant system feedback is cited as a major factor in reducing employee attrition.
Tangible Business Outcomes: Multiple enterprise case studies and reviews mention significant ROI, including 20–30% reductions in employee churn and up to a 35% increase in manager capacity by automating administrative tasks.
Versatility for Back-Office: Unlike many competitors focused solely on voice calls, Verint is praised for its "Back Office" module. Users value its ability to track productivity and utilization for non-phone tasks like claims processing or email queues.
Dated and "Clunky" User Interface: The most recurring complaint involves the visual design. Reviewers often describe the portal as "very dated," "hideous" (specifically regarding graphs), and unintuitive, noting that it often takes "too many clicks" to perform basic tasks.
Rigid and Difficult Reporting: While the data is comprehensive, users frequently struggle with the reporting tools. Creating custom reports is often described as a "struggle bus," with some users finding it difficult to extract data in the exact formats they need.
Complex Implementation: Getting the system "to win" requires a heavy upfront investment in time and configuration. Setting up groups, departments, and specific nested logic is noted as a time-consuming process that can be "tough" without expert support.
