Trimble Accubid Anywhere

Trimble Accubid Anywhere follows an 'all-in-one' subscription model designed to simplify the total cost of ownership (TCO). Unlike traditional perpetual licenses that require significant upfront capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ongoing maintenance fees, Accubid Anywhere is an operational expense (OPEX). The subscription includes not only the software license but also the hosting infrastructure, Microsoft SQL Server licensing, daily data backups, and security management. Pricing is primarily driven by the number of concurrent or named users and whether additional features like Change Management or specific API integrations are bundled. This model allows contractors to scale their estimating capacity up or down based on their project pipeline without worrying about IT infrastructure constraints. Prospective customers are encouraged to contact the Trimble sales team for a tailored quote that reflects their organizational size and specific regional requirements.
