Performance/Low Latency: Optimized for high-performance graphical and end-user computing (EUC) needs, achieving very low latency (e.g., 15 milliseconds or less) which is up to 5-8 times faster than traditional Remote Desktop Protocols (RDP).
Graphics & UX: Delivers a local-like experience even for demanding applications, supports frame rates of 60 FPS+, up to 8 monitors, and provides clear images and accurate colors for design work (CAD/BIM).
Deployment: Features a simplified and rapid deployment process, reducing setup time by up to 80% compared to traditional VDI and typically making systems production-ready in less than a week.
Security: Leverages pixel-only transmission, meaning sensitive data remains centralized in the cloud, reducing the local attack surface, and includes features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Team Size: Some user feedback noted that the support or development team appeared small (though support quality was highly rated).
Cloud Limitation: While designed to be cloud-agnostic, it currently runs primarily on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Internet Dependency: Performance can be negatively impacted (lagging) if the local internet connection is slow or unstable.
