Profi is a U.S.-based SaaS company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, that provides a comprehensive, cloud-native platform for coaching, consulting, telehealth, and care delivery organizations. Marketed as “the only comprehensive platform for care delivery and coaching,” it consolidates scheduling, telehealth, CRM, billing, content management, workflow automation, and AI-assisted client engagement into a single collaborative environment. The platform is designed for professionals and enterprises managing distributed teams in healthcare, corporate wellness, leadership training, therapy, and education. Its mission is to enable professionals who support others—coaches, therapists, trainers, consultants—to deliver their work at scale with less administrative burden and greater impact.
Profi was founded in 2021 by Alina Trigubenko, evolving from her earlier coaching platform “Awarenow.” The vision was to create an operations infrastructure that blends client management with content delivery and workflow automation. Early growth was driven by expanding the customer base among executive coaches, leadership programs, therapy practices, and wellness networks that sought to modernize hybrid care delivery. Profi quickly gained traction through its flexible design, appealing to both solo practitioners and large organizations. The company’s headquarters are in Los Angeles, with a distributed workforce based across North America and Europe, supporting over 50–200 staff dedicated to SaaS development and customer success.
Profi has raised approximately $6 million in early-stage (Angel and Seed) funding led by investors connected to notable firms including Robinhood and Cornerstone OnDemand. The funding supported platform expansion, API integration for enterprise scaling, and the rollout of HIPAA-compliant features. While a current valuation is not publicly disclosed, market analysis places similar early-stage SaaS startups with parallel traction between $40–60 million post-money. The company remains privately held, focusing on sustainable growth through subscription-based models serving individual coaches, teams, and enterprise networks.
Profi centralizes previously fragmented tools into one cohesive system that supports the entire client lifecycle. The platform includes:
Scheduling and calendar management with Google and Outlook sync.
Built-in secure video conferencing and telehealth modules.
Client portal with personalized branding for communication, scheduling, and payments.
Secure messaging, forms, and journaling for intake, progress tracking, and consent.
AI agents that automate workflows, reminders, capacity tracking, and content suggestions.
Care orchestration linking multiple providers in one client’s journey.
Integrated billing, subscription, and payment processing via Stripe or PayPal.
Analytics and reporting dashboards for provider productivity and client engagement insights.
In 2025, Profi introduced a series of updates focusing on automation and data intelligence. New features include AI agents to support workflow automation, billing frequency controls, external session logging, collaborative care templates, and progress report automation. These developments emphasize data interoperability, compliance, and smart automation so organizations can reduce manual administration while improving client outcomes.
Profi’s culture embodies empathy, empowerment, and continuous learning. Under CEO Alina Trigubenko’s leadership, the company promotes transparency, customer advocacy, and user feedback-driven product design. Employees are encouraged to champion creativity and build features that genuinely reduce professional burnout. Profi values service over software—embracing inclusivity, collaboration, human-centered design, and purpose-driven innovation. The organization operates remotely and maintains flexible, cross-functional teams that mirror its customer base of professionals dedicated to improving lives.
Profi serves thousands of users across wellness, healthcare, life and executive coaching, and mental health organizations globally. Its client community spans independent coaches, SMB teams, and enterprises managing care networks or learning programs. Through its corporate plans, Profi supports multi-provider associations, such as leadership academies and telehealth startups. The platform includes community-building tools like peerboard integrations and team channels, fostering digital ecosystems around growth and transformation practices. Blogs and webinars highlight client success stories such as how health and leadership groups, like Lotus Coaching and various wellness collectives, scale revenue and improve engagement through Profi’s unified platform.
