PriceShape A/S is a Danish SaaS company headquartered in Aarhus/Risskov since its founding in 2017/2018 by co-CEOs Frederik Christiansen and Kasper Strand, both of whom remain significant shareholders. Specializing in dynamic pricing, competitor monitoring, and pricing strategies for e-commerce, the platform offers intelligent feeds, dashboards, and automated repricing tools, aiming to help retailers “turn pricing into profit”.
Built on deep e-commerce expertise, the founders began in 2018 with a vision to bring consumer-style pricing transparency to businesses. The initial team was small (11–50), but grew to 99–110 employees by 2025 across ~15 nationalities. Today, PriceShape supports over 600 clients worldwide and reaches 28 international markets.
PriceShape bootstrapped from 2018 until September 2024, when it raised an 8-digit funding round from Copilot Capital, maintaining co-founder leadership and aiming to reach €10 M+ ARR and unicorn potential. As of 2025, revenues reached approximately $12.1 M, with estimates ranging $8–12 M, and valuation data remains undisclosed.
PriceShape delivers a comprehensive suite for real-time competitor monitoring, dynamic repricing, demand forecasting, margin analysis, and Google Shopping feed optimization.
Key advantages include: fully customizable pricing rules, personalized dashboards, roles and permissions, currency/tax localization, ERP/CRM integrations, webhook/API support, stock alerts, and detailed reporting.
It stands out with automated pricing bots, collaborative dashboards, and campaign-friendly features that support rapid ROI.
Following Copilot’s investment, PriceShape acquired Priceindx from Sweden (founded 2006) in September 2025, adding 20+ employees, enhanced market data, legal advisory, and closer Swedish market leadership.
Recent updates and press emphasize reinforced AI/ML-driven “pricing robots,” improvements to Google Shopping feed integration, streamlined automation, multilingual dashboard improvements, and ongoing product optimizations.
PriceShape embraces a transparent, informal, and inclusive culture—known internally as “PricelessPeople”—valuing openness, trust, continuous development, work-life balance, and fun. Global, diverse, and supportive, the organization supports flexible hours, catered meals, social events, and strong health and career development benefits.
