بواسطة Blue Skies Business Solutions Inc
Ease of Integration: Users have praised Peartree DMS for its ability to integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The system's HTML-based software allows for easy integration with suppliers and supports exporting and importing information at the desktop level.
Customizability: The system is noted for its customizable options, which allow it to conform to the dealership's procedures rather than requiring the dealership to adapt to the software. This flexibility is highly valued by users who appreciate the ability to tailor the system to their specific needs.
Data Management: Users have expressed satisfaction with the system's ability to manage data effectively, allowing for the referencing of both old and new data simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful for dealerships upgrading from older systems.
Training and Support: Peartree has been commended for providing thorough training and support, ensuring that users are well-prepared to utilize the system effectively. This comprehensive training helps avoid issues related to lack of familiarity with the software.
Implementation Time: Some users have noted that the implementation process can be time-consuming. Setting up new codes and processes is necessary, and while expected, it requires a significant investment of time and effort.
Limited Reviews: There is a limited number of reviews available, which might make it difficult for potential users to gauge the system's performance across a broader range of dealerships and use cases.
