Nimbo
بواسطة Ecaresoft Inc
Nimbo is a cloud-based healthcare platform specializing in electronic health records (EHR), practice management, patient engagement, and comprehensive clinic operations for hospitals, clinics, and multi-specialty networks. Founded in Mexico, Nimbo has strategically expanded across Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, distinguishing itself as an all-in-one SaaS solution designed for maximum usability, flexibility, and regulatory compliance. With a wide international footprint, Nimbo is relied upon by hundreds of primary care businesses and specialty facilities aiming to streamline their clinical, financial, and marketing workflows in a modern digital environment
Nimbo’s core mission is to unify the end-to-end patient journey and optimize physician, administrative, and financial operations. The platform covers clinical documentation, customizable scheduling, online booking, billing, telehealth, marketing, and asynchronous patient communications (including WhatsApp and web chat) in a highly integrated ecosystem. Its “Nimbo Clinical” EHR provides fully digital health records, clinical templates, e-prescribing, charting, and built-in clinical decision support, while “Nimbo Agenda” handles scheduling with real-time availability and patient self-booking. Nimbo ERP extends into billing, claims, inventory, pharmacy, laboratory, and accounts management, while modules such as Marketing and Chat help practices promote services, collect patient feedback, and maintain engagement.
The company was founded in the early 2014 by a team of physicians and software engineers who saw an opportunity to address fragmented EHR and administration tools in Latin American healthcare. By focusing on modular cloud architecture and emphasizing local workflow needs—including mobile-first interfaces, multi-language options, and regulatory flexibility—Nimbo rapidly expanded beyond Mexico. The company has since built major partnerships with global medical content providers (notably, Wolters Kluwer and Medispan) and scaled to serve clients in multiple continents, making it a recognized leader in emerging healthcare IT markets.
Nimbo’s most notable features include customizable EHR templates, order sets, e-prescribing, laboratory and radiology workflow management, and clinical decision support via UpToDate®. The Agenda module enables online appointments with automated reminders, multiple service types, and Google Calendar integration. Nimbo ERP automates billing, claims, pharmacy, and inventory, while Marketing and Chat modules support practice growth, patient digital engagement, survey collection, and seamless asynchronous communication. Other unique tools include telemedicine, built-in analytics dashboards, document and image storage (for labs and x-rays), one-page clinical encounter documentation, secure file export, and white-label website creation.
Nimbo’s company culture is rooted in flexibility, accessibility, and patient-centricity. The development and support teams emphasize responsiveness, rapid onboarding, and minimal-friction adoption for front-desk staff, nurses, and providers. The product’s multilingual design, low-price entry point, and modular upgrades reflect a commitment to inclusivity, scalability, and region-specific adaptation. Employees and users note strong customer support, regular training, and documentation to empower local champions within each clinic.
Nimbo’s client base ranges from single-provider clinics to multi-location hospital systems, especially those needing to integrate clinical, administrative, and marketing operations. Its user community is active and diverse, with frequent product webinars, ongoing feature requests, and satisfied reviews noting ease of use, reporting depth, and workflow customization. Practices appreciate Nimbo’s role in reducing no-show rates, accelerating digital patient onboarding, boosting operational efficiency, and supporting hybrid care (in-person and telemedicine).
