Lindy is an AI‑native automation platform that lets organizations design, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents (“AI employees”) to handle real business workflows across support, sales, marketing, operations, and admin—without writing code. The product is delivered as a SaaS, model‑agnostic platform with enterprise features such as centralized agent management, granular access controls, governance/evals, and a built‑in memory (knowledge base). Lindy publicly positions itself as the “simplest way for businesses to create, manage, and share agents.”
The company operates primarily from the United States and presents itself in the software development / AI agent category, with a mission to “build the future of work—one AI agent at a time.”
Lindy’s current brand and product direction date to 2023, founded by Flo(ren)t Crivello in San Francisco, California. Lindy’s corporate entity links to Crivello Corp (doing business as Lindy). Various data providers track the team size in the 11–50 employees range, indicative of a venture‑backed, fast‑moving startup.
Historical records show an evolution from earlier Crivello‑led projects under the Teamflow/Huddle umbrella and a Beaverton, Oregon corporate address in some databases. That earlier effort focused on virtual office/collaboration, whereas today’s Lindy centers on AI agent automation, reflecting a strategic pivot aligned with enterprise AI adoption.
Lindy’s platform centers on no‑code agent creation using natural language, multi‑model AI (Claude, GPT‑4 variants, Gemini, o3), and thousands of integrations to enterprise apps. Key capabilities include:
Lindy’s culture emphasizes empowering the future of work with AI employees, keeping humans in the lead while AI “gets things done.” Values include accessibility (no‑code), speed to value (minutes to first agent), and enterprise‑grade security and governance. The tone across LinkedIn and site copy centers on pragmatic automation, scaling output without scaling headcount, and building responsible, controllable AI for real operations.
