Clinical Outcomes: Clients report significant results, including a reduction in 30-day hospital readmission rates (often by over 50% for high-risk patients) and a high average patient adherence to the program (often around 86-88%).
Ease of Use for Patients: Patients find the technology simple and easy to use, especially since the RPM kits come with fully connected Bluetooth devices that often don't require home Wi-Fi for data transmission.
EHR Integration & Implementation: The platform offers out-of-the-box integrations with every EHR platform and uses an in-house team to handle integration, which clients find hassle-free and quick. Implementation services are frequently described as "top notch" and "spot on."
Service and Support: HRS is praised for being a flexible and collaborative partner. Customers consistently highlight the excellent support from the client success teams and the 24/7 technical support for both patients and clinicians.
Data & Reporting: The data analytics and reporting features are sometimes described as "not very helpful" or "not as robust as we would like." Users often wish for better dashboarding and find that pulling or exporting data can be difficult or manual.
Functionality Lags: In some instances, the provider-to-patient call function (video/audio fidelity) has been reported to lag a bit or have connectivity challenges.
