Embedded Analytics & White-Labeling: This is a major strength. It is highly praised for being excellent for embedding dashboards and reports directly into other applications (B2B2C use cases) and offering great options for white-labeling and matching the host application's branding.
Customer Support: Users frequently describe the support team, consultants, and developers as outstanding, responsive, and operating as a "true partner," which is particularly helpful given the product's complexity.
Interface & Dashboards: The platform has an excellent user interface (UI) and intuitive controls. Dashboards are described as clean, highly customizable, and easy to build with a quick time-to-dashboard.
Data Handling & Scalability: The platform is recognized for its ability to handle large amounts of data and its flexible, scalable architecture. It effectively breaks down data silos and offers robust governance via a semantic layer.
Integration & Flexibility: It offers seamless integration with various data sources (multiple data sources, databases, cloud platforms) and is developer-friendly, supporting APIs, SDKs (like React), and code-based customization.
Learning Curve & Complexity: The most consistent complaint is the steep learning curve and overall complexity, especially for beginners or small businesses. Users sometimes struggle with the data modeling and require a knowledgeable administrator or familiarity with concepts like SQL/MAQL (the proprietary language).
Performance: The platform can experience slow loading times or reduced performance, especially when processing extreme or complex large datasets and during peak usage periods.
Implementation: Initial implementation can be a task that takes time (sometimes weeks or months) and considerable effort, even with consultant help.
