Ensora Telehealth
بواسطة Ensora Health
Integrated Telehealth: Telehealth sessions are described as a breeze and easy to conduct, often starting directly from the calendar with one click and no extra logins.
Ease of Use & Workflow: The system is generally considered simple, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. It helps therapists save time and money by automating and simplifying documentation, scheduling, and billing, which reduces administrative burdens.
Advanced Features: Newer features like AI-powered suggestions for charting and care plan generation are called a "game-changer" for saving hours of documentation time.
Practice Management: It is an all-in-one solution that handles scheduling, notes, treatment plans, and billing in one place, which users appreciate for bringing "harmony" to their practice.
Software Issues/Reliability: Some users have reported recurrent software issues, including periods where they were unable to sign notes for days, as well as general problems with lag and sending/receiving messages in the integrated chat.
Scalability (ABA Focus): For some highly specialized fields like ABA therapy (which Ensora also serves), the comprehensive enterprise-level features, while powerful, may be overwhelming for smaller practices.
