بواسطة Ebsta Ltd
Ebsta is a UK-based SaaS company that provides a cloud-based revenue intelligence platform. It helps B2B sales teams improve forecasting accuracy, manage pipelines more effectively, and build stronger customer relationships by leveraging CRM, email, and calendar data. Ebsta integrates deeply with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, offering AI-powered insights that guide sales reps and leaders in real time.
Ebsta was founded in 2012 by Guy Rubin and Zac Roberts in London, England. The company emerged from a desire to solve long-standing inefficiencies in go-to-market (GTM) operations, particularly around CRM data quality and sales forecasting. Over the years, Ebsta has evolved from a CRM data enrichment tool into a full-fledged revenue intelligence platform. As of 2025, the company employs around 36 to 100 people, depending on the source.
Ebsta is a privately held, private equity-backed company. It has raised funding through at least one PE growth round, with ADG Prefcap listed as a key investor.
Ebsta’s platform is built around several core modules:
CRM Automation: Automatic syncing of emails, meetings, and contacts to maintain clean CRM data
Ebsta also includes a generative AI assistant that helps reps draft emails, summarize calls, and recommend next steps.
There are no publicly known acquisitions by Ebsta as of 2025. However, the company has significantly expanded its product capabilities over time, evolving from a CRM plugin into a comprehensive revenue intelligence suite. Its proprietary Revenue Insights as a Service (RIaaS™) model is a unique differentiator, combining data enrichment, guided selling, and analytics into a single platform.
