Unlike legacy enterprise HR and payroll software that often takes months to deploy, Cercli is designed to be operational in just a few hours to a couple of days.

Because it is a cloud-native SaaS platform with pre-configured MENA compliance logic (such as UAE WPS, DEWS, and KSA GOSI), businesses do not require third-party implementation consultants or custom software builds to go live.

Implementation Process (Step-by-Step)

1.Account Setup & Data Ingestion:Initial baseline environment creation.

• Establish company entity profiles (multi-country or local entities).

• Import existing employee master data, historical compensation structures, tax/pension IDs, and bank account details via automated data ingestion tools or templates.

2.Statutory & Compliance Configuration:Configuring MENA-specific regulatory rails.

• Set up registration details for government compliance channels (e.g., Wage Protection System [WPS] in the UAE/Saudi Arabia, GOSI, MUDAD, or DEWS).

• Configure localized rule sets for statutory contributions, pro-rata calculations, and End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB).

3.System Integration:Connecting HR and financial stacks.

• Integrate existing operational tools (e.g., accounting software, IT/identity management, and communication channels like Slack).

• Configure authorization levels, workflow approvals, and audit trails across HR, finance, and department managers.

4.Verification & Parallel Run:Ensuring 100% payout accuracy.

• Verify employee bank details automatically using Cercli’s bank account validation tools.
• Run preliminary payroll test runs to reconcile gross-to-net salary calculations and deductions against previous system records before finalizing live payment transfers.

The Cercli platform can be configured and customized to fit complex organizational requirements. While it operates as a cloud-native SaaS solution (rather than an open-source framework requiring custom code), it features strong structural flexibility across global operations, workflows, calculations, and integrations.

The primary customization data points across the platform include:

1. Multi-Entity and Multi-Country Architecture

• Jurisdiction-Specific Rule Customization: Cercli allows configuration of localized legal parameters across different operating regions (e.g., UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain).
• Configurable Pro-Rata Models: Supports 3 distinct configurable pro-rata calculation models to customize partial salary payouts for mid-month joiners, leavers, or leave adjustments according to internal company policy.

• Multi-Currency and Entity Management: Accommodates complex corporate structures by isolating entity rules while consolidating reports across multiple legal entities into a unified dashboard.

2. Statutory & Benefit Rule Engine

• Statutory Compliance Toggles: Custom setup for country-specific statutory obligations, including Dubai Employee Workplace Savings Plan (DEWS), Saudi General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), and UAE/KSA Wage Protection Systems (WPS).
• End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB): Calculations can be customized to align with localized labor contracts (limited vs. unlimited contracts) and specific company allowance terms.

• Recurring Adjustments: The system allows custom configuration of recurring deductions, bonuses, fixed/variable allowances, and housing or transport adjustments tied directly to employee profiles.

3. Workflow, Approvals & Permissioning

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Customizable permission levels across HR admins, finance teams, department managers, and individual employees to govern who can view, edit, or approve operational data.

• Multi-Level Approval Chains: Custom approval workflows for expense reimbursements, leave requests, document signatures, and payroll reconciliation prior to payout execution.

4. Integration Ecosystem & Data Connectivity

• API & System Connectivity: Custom data mapping options to connect Cercli’s central HR database with external accounting software, IT/identity management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

• Recruitment-to-Payroll Custom Pipelines: Customization of candidate data handovers from recruitment/ATS workflows directly into HR onboarding, ensuring custom candidate fields match required legal and payroll data standards.

5. Document Management & Self-Service

• Digital Payslip Localization: Flexible payslip generation allowing companies to customize visible breakdown categories (gross-to-net salary, statutory contributions, allowances, and tax deductions).
• Custom Document Templates: Centralized employment contract templates and document submission workflows localized to match corporate brand guidelines and legal entity standards.

Cercli emphasizes a transparent pricing model with no hidden fees. Specifically regarding administrative costs:

• Setup & Migration Fees: Cercli promotes streamlined onboarding and explicitly lists "Setup and integration costs" under traditional legacy solutions as a pain point it avoids, indicating that standard onboarding and data migration are typically bundled or designed to be low-friction.

• Maintenance Costs: Because it is a cloud-native SaaS platform, platform updates, maintenance, and compliance adjustments (such as changing regional tax, pension, or WPS laws) are included natively.

• Support Charges: Cercli highlights its customer care as part of the platform experience, noting 24/7 multi-channel support access (including direct lines to payroll and engineering teams) without itemized support surcharges mentioned on their public pricing structure.
