Pros

Talkdesk is a great call center solution that is easy to use and has a lot of features. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. You can quickly add contacts and keep track of your calls. It also provides comprehensive reports so you can manage your teams and tasks. You can also customize your dashboard to monitor essential metrics.

Cons

I haven't found any downside to this tool yet, although the webpage can be slow to load sometimes.

Talkdesk is a versatile application that can be used by companies with a lot of knowledge to display to staff and management when it is available and when it is not. It is most optimal for companies that use the "talk" function.

Pros

This tool will help you speed up your usual work process without affecting your intentions. You can use its display mode or position it where you want it on the screen. This will reduce the fatigue of switching between major workspace tasks, such as email and chat, while still maintaining openness with your group about food, meetings and time arrangements.

Cons

If you don't update your status to "offline" when you log out, it will stay online until you log in again. It would be helpful to be able to customize the options available, such as having the ability to set an appointment or being on staff. A major weakness I've experienced so far is that it sometimes fails; such as not being ready for calls when it is clearly impossible or not being able to accept calls from another.

We value excellent customer service and have experienced occasional bugs or technical issues which can cause disruptions and frustration for our customers and representatives. However, we appreciate that Talkdesk's customer support team is always available 24/7 to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
