Pros

I liked that HubSpot Sales Hub integrated well with other HubSpot products, creating a cohesive environment for marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. The sales team's output and efficiency increased significantly thanks to the wide variety of features and tools, including task automation, email tracking, and contact management. Additionally, we were able to make data-driven decisions to improve our tactics and get insightful knowledge about our sales performance thanks to HubSpot's powerful analytics and reporting tools.

Cons

The HubSpot Sales Hub's lack of customization options for advanced users was its biggest downside for us, as we ran into issues trying to adapt the program to our specific needs. Additionally, when working with large datasets, we sometimes ran into performance issues that slowed down our operations.

I've been using this CRM tool for the past 2 years and it's been great. I've been able to track my activities and sales leads. I highly recommend it.

Pros

This CRM tool is useful for tracking sales leads and giving visibility to higher management without needing to reach out to the POC for details. It provides complete tracking on when an email is sent to a client, along with potential business and call details.

Cons

The customer service team can be difficult to reach as the chat option is usually the only option available.

This product is very easy to use and is much stronger than any other similar product on the market. Moving my business over to this product from Salesforce was like a huge weight being lifted off my chest. I don't need to hire any consultants or programmers to run my business effectively anymore. If I need something done, I can usually do it myself, and if I can't, the Hubspot support team is always willing to help and is very responsive.

Pros

Hubspot is the best company in the market because it is easy to use and customize.

Cons

I don't think there is anything to complain about.
