We left Calendly for a while because we wanted a product that was already in one of our paid subscriptions. However, we're coming back because none of the other products could deliver what Calendly does. It's easy to book a meeting with multiple employees where the calendars are all read correctly. You can also easily edit multiple invite templates at once, and clone existing templates to make new templates. Calendly is also not tied in to the use of other Microsoft or Google products in a way that limits use. It works well with Google and other products where it was necessary (online meeting scheduling).

Calendly's customer service is unhelpful and difficult to contact. I had an issue that I was eventually able to resolve on my own, but it took 11 days of waiting for a response from Calendly. Today, I tried to contact them again and was reminded of how useless their customer service is. There is no way to delete incorrect or old email addresses from the booking system, which caused me to lose a client. The steps to remove incorrect or old email addresses from the system are too complicated and not well explained. Additionally, there is no way to book a session if you have time blocked out. The process is too difficult and takes too much time.
